We are pleased to be working with the Workforce Partnership and HEEoE on the Apprenticeship scheme for Norfolk and Waveney. Please click here to visit our dedicated information section.
We are delighted to be working with Cambridgeshire Community Services on the Healthy Child 0-19 Programme, delivering three significant work streams as part of the contract.
In the context of Enhanced Child Health Monitoring & Reporting, we will deliver Pre-School and Enhanced Health Checks for children, built around existing child immunisation appointments in practice. We will also help generate health profiles of school populations to support health and training objectives.
Iceni will also be involved in the development of risk profiling tools and enhanced data recording to support more integrated multi-disciplinary team working with Cambridgeshire Community Services and other allied health professional colleagues.
Finally we will also work to deliver a programme of Local Priority projects, working closely with patients and other stakeholders to establish Community Youth Health groups aimed at targeting and improving outcomes for specific local health needs.
We are always happy to work in partnership with other organisations on suitable projects. Please contact us if you wish to discuss an opportunity.
